Mr. Khattab provided and managed hundreds of consulting, audit and tax projects over the years for mega organizations within the governmental and private sectors in Jordan, the MENA Region and across the globe. His work covered various projects in different industries for 30 years under the umbrella of business advisory.

Mr. Khattab worked on and supervised audit and financial functions, provided consulting and planning services, provided advising on financial and audit business process reengineering, developing internal control, strategic risk management policies and procedures and tax strategies…etc.

Experience gathered through the years gained Mr. Khattab accountability in the establishment of companies’ strategies and goals for both the short and long-term regardless of the type of business across the MENA region and globally.

Mr. Khattab is a Certified Business Manager, a Certified Financial Consultant, a Certified Chartered Management Consultant, and an Associate Certified Fraud Examiner.

Mr. Abdel Gaber is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. He has more than 39 years of experience in public accounting, advisory, quality control “peer review”, finance advisory, and assurance practice. He has hands on experience in the educative management of big operation industries with Global International Groups in Egypt, MENA, KSA and other GCC regions.

Mr. Abdel Gaber completed a wide range of assurance and advisory assignments including planning, supervision of field audit staff, evaluation of internal control systems of clients, using various problem solving techniques in tackling audit issues with clients and finalizing the audit reports and management letters. In addition, he worked in different positions including; IFRS expert, advisory responsible for providing financial reporting advise, performing the audit of premium multi-national clients and training, moreover his experience includes being a VP Finance and a Group Financial Advisor of well-known business groups having diversified business interests in retail, real estate, investments, services, etc.

Mr. Abdel Gaber has also participated and managed several assignments in local & international tax, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, valuation of companies, risk advisory services, internal audit, agreed upon procedures, attestation and liquidation, including various projects in process assessment & optimization, post-merger process integration, fraud reviews, data analytics, project management, etc.

Mr. Abdel Gaber’s experience & qualifications span across various industries including but not limited to: industrial & trading, constructions, banking and financing, hotel, aviation and automotive, tourism & communication, oil field services, Non Profit Organizations.

Azmi Khattab

Mr. Khattab possesses over 20 years of professional experience in the field of tax advisory in the governmental sector, of which half of his commitment was spent in head level positions providing tax services to clients within many sectors such as the financial and investment, banking, services and NGOs sectors.

Mr. Khattab was a taxation auditor at the Income and Sales Tax Department filling many positions; his last one was the Head of Follow-up and Collection Section at the Large Taxpayers Directorate. His extensive experience as an auditor covered a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to data migration, evaluating products according to financial regulations, the collection and analysis of financial data and tax return and payment processing.

Mr. Khattab also has proven managerial and educative experience, including a range of supervisory work within various areas of auditing; and the supervision and training of employees and the provision of courses relevant to a continued professional development in taxation auditing.

Mr. Khattab exhibits fluency and a workable proficiency in the Arabic and English languages, respectively. In addition, he has the International Computer Driving License (ICDL).
